The STL Generation for Reverse Engineering course is designed to provide the Optigo operators and Off-Line Measurement Users with knowledge and tools for using dimensional measurement results for specific Reverse Engineering and simulation tasks. This course will assist users in producing engineering formatted data sets in an effective manner. The course includes a variety of exercises using the Optigo system and performing specific types of measurement techniques and producing engineering formatted outputs according to the customer’s intended business processes. The STL Generation course focuses on guidelines and Best Known Methods (BKM) for measuring specific objects using the CogniTens Optigo platform and outputting results to be used in reverse engineering activities.
The STL Generation course assists customers in achieving better results from the dimensional measurement process and to fully utilize the Optigo platform.
Who Should Attend: End user operators responsible for operating the Optigo system. Engineering members that may receive and post process the Engineering Formatted Data Sets.
