The OptiCell Basic Service course provides technical experience in OptiCell platform service and maintenance procedures. The OptiCell Basic Service course includes discussions of the OptiCell platform software and hardware elements, administration, provisioning, monitoring and alarms.

The objective of the OptiCell Basic Service course is to bring the trainee to a level where he can effectively maintain an OptiCell platform, isolate and correct system errors with ease.
