OptiCell On-The-Job Training offers additional “Hands On“ training for improving operators skills and gaining additional experience by learning and working alongside with OptiCell experts. Using the “On The Job” training technique, a CogniTens professional trainer accompanies the trainees through a series of tasks that help the trainees acquire skills and knowledge required for operating OptiCell within the customer’s facility in multiple situations.

OptiCell On-The-Job Training is very productive as the trainees are working as they are learning and advancing their skills to become more productive.  By the end of the training course the trainees are equipped with more tools and understanding which contributes to their confidence in operating the OptiCell platform. This allows them to work at a higher standard, become more versatile and productive by supporting additional business process at the customer’s organization.

Who Should Attend: End user operators responsible for operating the OptiCell system.

Class Size: The course is designed for 1 to 2 trainees. 

Topics: The specific content and subject to be covered shall be determined on a per need basis as agreed between CogniTens and the customer.

Prerequisites:

• Basic computer skills
• Understanding of Metrology 
• OptiCell Basic Operation certification
