Rapid image acquisition technology enables Optigo and OptiCell to be deployed in demanding plant floor environments.
Our 3D optical measurement technology automatically transforms 2D images and 3D data sets into highly accurate and comprehensive 3D representations making it ready for use in various business processes such as Prototype Development & QA, Die Development, Stamping Tryout, Reverse Engineering and more. Our automatic feature extraction and analysis technology modules provide numerical and graphical images that indicate whether critical dimensions are within their specifications. As soon as the dimensional measurement is completed a file in CoreView format is updated with the actual results and can be propagated to the Dimensional Domain Server. This server manages all dimensional information and processes, and makes it accessible to CoreView Pro and other software users. Using CoreView Pro, large communities such as product designer, production engineers, quality engineers and others can analyze multiple measurement results from any plant, pinpoint problematic areas, control the manufacturing process and make daily decisions based on comprehensive dimensional information.
